This particular video got me close in my heart. The destruction is unbelievable and there are indeed no words to describe it. "I lost everything in Hurricane Andrew."... after that, it becomes a never-ending continuum of thoughts and images.
I hadn't had a drink for 12 years, but after Hurricane Andrew, I found myself consuming half a tall glass of vodka so I could sleep for a few hours at night...daylight visuals of my neighborhood had turned into a 30 Mi dumpster surrounding me. There was no peace. No recovery seemed feasible. Time stops for no one except when your world is upside down.

Positive thoughts and love from England. I’m so very sorry for those that lost their homes. It saddens me the building standards aren’t better in America for houses. There’d be a lot less damage. The government have a hell of a lot to answer for! This is a land grab from the poorest of people.
