hello po sir, I have questions regarding Art 29, RPC. It is said that "Credit for preventive imprisonment for the penalty of reclusion perpetua shall be deducted from 30yrs". However, under RA 10592, persons not entitled to preventive imprisonment one is, persons charged with heinous crimes, but mostly those who are convicted with reclusion perpetua committed heinous crimes like murder or rape. Can you please enlighten me? Thank you.
