Tanong po Atty., in the case where there is a thief that breaks into my house, is this considered an attack and am I legally allowed to defend myself using a firearm to stop the threat?

In this second scenario, if someone breaks into my home and they are holding a weapon. Am I legally allowed to defend myself using a firearm to stop the threat?

Third scenario: Multiple people break into my house without weapons and are refusing to leave even after confrtonted. Am I allowed legally to defend myself using a firearm to stop the threats to me and my family?
