More Hyper Dispensational Errors: Examining Paul Lucas (Hillview Baptist)

After asking friends for hyper dispensational material, I was sent some videos from Paul Lucas from Hillview Baptist Church. We'll play some of his videos and see the errors of this theology.

I read 48 comments, and I agree with the majority...there is only a hand full of preachers that are teaching about sound doctrine, judgment seat of Christ, and the gospel that saves the ungodly sinners...Paul Lucas, David reid, Reid, Justin Johnson, Donnie hall, Steve atwood.Atwood. and Peter Rickman, who had the heart to teach truth more than religion!!!
When you consider all other religions, and what they teach as truth...well rightly dividing the word of truth., is at the top for me, so thank god we have some dedicated to doing that.

Listen to Paul is excellent. One of best teacher's who rightly divides.

You could learn a great deal by listening to Paul Lucas. The body of Christ is not Israel. You keep trying to understand.

At 10:30 he says he believes the body of Christ is the new Israel. Out the window goes the literal view of scripture. Dispensational Bible study leads you to take the Bible literally. Paul Lucas also believes he has a final authority and a KJB he can trust and believe. Israel and the body of Christ are different in English and in Greek. Prophecy, Acts 2:16 & 3:21, and the mystery, Romans 16:25 & Ephesians 3:1-9 are different too. Galatians 2:7-9, the gospel of the circumcision committed to Peter is different than the gospel of the uncircumcision committed to Paul. The issue is final authority and the literal view of scripture.

I haven’t watched your entire video. I will say I respect Paul Lucas and the scripture that guy knows is unreal. He never uses notes or rarely. I think everyone has their own slant on something but you have to admit Jesus reading out of Isaiah and condemning the priests in Israel for not taking care of widows orphans lepers and cleaning house by removing devils left right and Center is a little different than what Paul was doing. Jesus came to die for us and heal almost everyone along the way. He became the perfect sacrifice. When your read Paul’s epistles they are deep. Anyway a long message to say everyone has an opinion.

I find the arguments you have against mid-acts dispensationalists extremely weak, with very little Bible study involved. I think this video falls under philosophy or vain deceit, a lot of logical argumentation, but very little looking at the text. Very wishy washy.

He knows so much more then you think chief. Rightly divide the word of truth. You need to study scripture for your presentation, Your arguments are weightless. It wasn't until I rightly divided the word of truth and kept Israel's program, in time pass, and ages to come, and at thus time & for now, separate from the body of Christ, before understanding anything!. In your video 53:32.
The version of the Bible that you used changes the word in Romans 15:9 from that in the KJB to for. The word for and that do not mean the same thing so which version is correct?

Jesus did not come for the Gentiles during his earthly ministry he called the lady in Matthew 15:24 a dog. Not one Gentile received salvation during the books of Matthew through John. You don’t find a gentile being save until Acts 10 and they were shocked that that they could receive the Holy Ghost. Roman 15:8 says Jesus Christ came as a ministry of the circumcision and according to Ephesians 2:11-18 gentiles were not part of the ministry of the circumcision that why they were called the uncircumcision by the circumcision. This is 35 years after the cross that you trying to add back into Christ earthly ministry. Romans 9:3-5 verse 5 says as concerning the glory, adoption, law, covenants, and promises, and service Christ came for Israelites. That’s clear and plainly stated. Romans 15:8 Christ came as a minister to the circumcision. That’s clear and plainly stated.

In prophecy the Gentiles were to be saved by the Isaiah 60:1-3 rise of Israel and the Gentiles come to the light and brightness; but under the revelation of the mystery Gentiles come to God through the Romans 11:11-15 fall, diminishing and the casting away is what reconciled the world to God for today. Today we glorify God because of his mercy because of Israel unbelief Romans 11:30-33. We were brought near by Christ blood Ephesians 2:13 and we go directly through Jesus Christ himself today not through the nation of Israel like prophecy foretold.

When is the prophecy speaking about being fulfilled that Paul quotes in Romans 15:9?

👉He delivereth me from mine enemies: 👈yea, thou liftest me up 👉above those that rise up against me:👈 (that’s the gentile nations that come against Jerusalem during the seven years of tribulations Zechariah 12:9, 14:16) thou hast delivered me from the violent man. (That’s the Antichrist) Therefore will I give thanks unto thee, O Lord, among the heathen, and sing praises unto thy name. Great deliverance giveth he to his king; and sheweth mercy to his anointed, to David, and to his seed for evermore.
Psalm 18:48-50 - AKJV

The delivereth me from mine enemies, Gentiles were their enemies and the great deliverance give them he to his king is the same thing in Luke 1:68-78.

Blessed be the Lord God of Israel; (that not the Lord God of the Gentiles yet) for he hath visited and redeemed his people, ( his people at that time was Israel and not Gentiles) and hath raised up an horn of salvation for us in the house of his servant David; 👉as he spake by the mouth of his holy prophets, which have been since the world began:👈👉 that we should be saved from our enemies, 👈 (that’s Psalm 18:48-50) and from the hand of all that hate us; (all that hated them was the Gentiles) to perform the mercy promised to our fathers, and to remember his holy covenant; ( That covenant now get fulfilled according to Romans 11:26-28 when Christ returns) the oath which he sware to our father Abraham, that he would grant unto us, that we being delivered out of the hand of our enemies (there is Psalm 18:48-50 again) might serve him without fear, in holiness and righteousness before him, all the days of our life. And thou, child, shalt be called the prophet of the Highest: for thou shalt go before the face of the Lord to prepare his ways; to give knowledge of salvation unto his people ( his people at that time was Israel) 👉by the remission of their sins, 👈 (not forgiveness of sins like the body of Christ has) through the tender mercy of our God; whereby the dayspring from on high hath visited us, ( the us is Israel) to give light to them that sit in darkness and in the shadow of death, to guide our feet into the way of peace.( That’s Psalms 23 which is to and for Israel) Luke 1:68-79 - AKJV

Now that will be fulfilled in Revelation 21:23-26.
