Cognitive itself means of relating to or being conscious mental activities. It made me more aware that i have insomnia esp sleep restriction. With all respect to cbti practitioners, the education part was ok but it did not budge a bit to resolving my insomnia. Listening to coach daniel made me more relax and the people who shared their experiences, i well relate to them. I became more Confident and more Relaxed as i listen to all his videos. And i guess these are the two things that i learned from coach Daniel ❤

I've tried the not sleeping in the day...BUT then it means no sleep at all and my heart is POUNDING in my chest. Those naps during the day are like maybe ½ hr or so. What's your take on this please?

Hi doctor I was in pressure for a long time and also no proper sleep time and due to which I am guessing when ever I use to fall asleep my brain use to give me a wierd signal or reflex or some feeling which made me wake up and use to happen so many times and I got so afraid that I currently can’t even reach that state and also now when ever I try to fall asleep now one of my body parts just moves and break the rhythm of falling asleep and also if all the tries of falling asleep helps after 2-3hrs I can’t sleep for 3-4hrs max and then again wake up 😢😭 Pls help me I can’t take it anymore

Hello yeah, sleep can not be controlled, it's been 10 years experiencing chronic insomnia, with tablets even find it difficult to get sleep after getting into bed and to sleep till morning so far tried camomile tea, melatonin supplements, tryptomer 10 mg tablet, but to sleep till morning 4 is even difficult

Can we do cognitive therapy eith med ? I done it naturally and j still struggle ive done all the steps from having a sleep schedule to have cold room exercise diet still deal with this i take meds on and off

Hey they say that insomnia causes fibromyalgia. So basically I’m 24 year old male live in London. I been sleeping well for ages 6 to 7 hours every night. I didn’t have insomnia for a few weeks like 7 months ago due to stress and over thinking and worrying about sleep. So yesterday I had one bad night of sleep and then today I been looking at google and it says if you can’t sleep then it’s because of fibromyalgia now I’m really scared. Please reply
