Listen she can be the best taekwondo artist of all time. She is 115 lbs at most. I am 6 foot, 200 lbs, combat vet, and have trained on and off for the past 20 years in boxing and bjj. If I wanted I would put her down in 30 seconds. Most able bodied men of fighting age would have no problem defeating her. I’m not bragging I’m just being honest. The top women are comparable to the most moderate men when it comes to hand to hand combat. I’d rather my wife be feminine and armed.

She's a bit under my weight class for full contact sparring, but I am also an accomplished judoka, and could give her some gentle instruction in happo no kuzushi - and grant her an advantage on mat work to compensate for the difference in power level.
