UPDATE: We like to pin comments of things we should have clarified or included. A great comment brought up this point: while we mention that the leaves are what produce glucose (a sugar) and ultimately it is the phloem that transports sugars, the plant tends to transport in the form of sucrose in the phloem, and sucrose is a sugar made of glucose & fructose combined. Plants can also carry additional sugars too.

Honestly I don't like Biology, but you make it so easy to understand it actually makes biology understandable and in a lesson or a quiz can always say, "Oh I saw that in the video". I can always get my questions right because of your videos. Thank you so much.

As an online learning student, these videos help me so much to better grasp the concepts that I'm learning. Whenever I'm having trouble understanding something I watch your videos. Not only are they so helpful but theyre also fun to watch and aren't boring like lots of other videos out there. Thank you so much!

I always love when a new video comes out. I started off watching this channel as just a plucky young wanderer in the vast world of biology. With help from your videos to remind and teach me things, I've become an amateur biologist myself!

I remember watching the amoeba sisters back in middle school when my science teacher would share a video or two to show in class. Now, I'm a first-year college student finishing up my spring finals and I'm still watching the amoeba sisters to help me study lol thank you for your videos <3

I watch your videos frequently. The faces always make me laugh and greatly aid in remembering concepts. Although the addition of (pop) questions within the video could increase the length of your videos, I believe asking about previously introduced concepts a few times would aid overall comprehension. I imagine how fun the slides could be illustrated before the answer is revealed. Everyone has their own style of teaching though. I appreciate the invaluable resource regardless :)
