Need to charge one of your BigBattery batteries and aren't sure what charger to use? Watch this video and you'll be left with no questions (hopefully).

We have 12V, 24V, and 48V chargers, and they work with the respective battery. However, there are some exceptions explained in the video.

So the same lead that powers equipments also connects to the charger?
Does it cause damages to equipments or should we unplug other stuff and only have battery / charger connected?

Okay so this is a video on how to charge your batteries without really explaining how. How do you know it's charging? How do you know when it's done charging? How long can the battery sit with a full charge without being used? How many amps does each charger draw and will they work with standard household outlets? This was a very poor video that basically has no information on how to charge.

I have nearly completed the conversion of my Bad Boy Buggy with the Big Battery 48V - 4 Eagle kit. Just have some minor clean-up left. Test runs of the buggy have been good so far. However I did have some questions on charging. The kit supplied charger is a bit perplexing. It has an orange "charging led" and a display of the charging voltage. And when you start charging, the voltage creeps up as you would expect, but it does not seem to stop (or tell you) when fully charged. The specs on the battery state that max charging voltage is 58.8. Thankfully I was watching fairly close because the voltage on the charger hit 59 and a bit higher. So I shut it off. The specs on the charger state that the max voltage is a 58.4, so how the heck could it go higher? Is this a bad charger? I did notice a small adjustment screw on the charger marked "voltage" (which I never touched), perhaps I need to turn the voltage down. What am I missing here? Thoughts? Thanks in advance for any help.

So, you can use a 12volt battery to charge your 12volt batteries? Ok. Well. What is the connection? Do you sell that anderson to battery charger connection or do you sell the charger with the anderson connection attached to it? tia I need to know because I am receiving my owl today and don't have a solar panel - charge controller setup yet.

Well, OK then...the wife left the AC on all nigh in our RV. I woke up to a BEEEEP and everything shut down. I have a Growatt 24v and 2 Hawk 24 volt BB setup. My battery monitor said 12% or 23% (not sure) before it shut down (probably 12%). I'm sure my Growatt min/max perimeters where set. But now my batteries are not "turning on" and of course my Growatt doesn't either, even though I have shore power going to it. Reset switch does't seem to do anything. I need to recharge my Hawks enough for the Growatt can take over the charge control from shore power. Anyone have an idea? Stuck on a Pro Bass parking lot. Thx
