The supinated front raise aka the standing dumbbell fly is an excellent accessory to use as part of a superset. Use this to target the outside area of your lower chest.

For the one handed version do you offset your feet or keep them parallel to each other?

Have always wondered what this did. Ironically, it’s the one part of my chest that I really have trouble targeting. Any recommendations for a workout that helps eliminate minor gyno??

Maybe you need to explain the right angle. The way you do it, without explaining details about the angle, is for upper chest. I dont feel anything in lower chest
