I meet up with Leo Moves then I absolutely SCORED PIPELINE! Leo is a movement coach specializing in natural, animal-inspired bodyweight workouts. We learn how these exercises can benefit surfers by improving mobility, strength, and body awareness which are key factors for better performance in the water. With that said, Leo walks me through a fun and challenging surf-specific training routine designed to build flexibility, control, and power. Fuggin inspiring!!
I’m 56, and I want to get in better shape!!
I used to surf, body board and play hockey.
I destroyed my left ankle..I have an 8” strap and 12 screws in my foot!!!
Trying to find something I can do to keep active!!
Wakeboarding is the only thing I’ve found that works for me!!
I love surfing the most, I keep going, it just kicks my ass!!

Pretty sick, ,Ido Portal has some amazing animal moves as well. If you have full range of motion you should remain injury free😊

Love your videos but this was kind of a joke of a workout. Body weight workouts without pistol squats, pull-ups or push ups is just a head scratcher. I’d love to show you some body weight and kettlebell stuff next time I’m on north shore. All of it specifically for surfing! Hope you guys get another pipe swell !!
