That Operator knows his shit, man. He’s got the nose pointed slightly cross the slope, and just pulling his machine back a little changes the Center of gravity enough to lift the pipe.

I had a dozer slide on a slope, catch on a concrete wall over a drain pipe about 6 feet tall and lean over about that far. It took several butt puckering minutes to get it off the wall and back up the slope.
