And yet, for all of us who have mapped that key as our Caps Lock we are left with no option. As someone who does a LOT of writing, a Caps Lock key is essential but I would sure love to be able to do this kinda cool stuff too!

ChromeOS finally catches up with Windows 10. The "Win Key + V" serves the same purpose except I did not see a limit of 5 items (maybe there's a limit that I did not reach). And I'm quite sure you can copy on one machine and paste on another machine with the same MS account logged in (I don't have two machines to test it as of now.)

Edit: just tested with 2 Windows 11 machines both signed with my MS account. After turning on "Clipboard History" and "Sync across your devices". I can see items copied on one machine when I press Win-V on another machine. But I must say that it isn't very reliable. The syncing sometimes is greatly delayed.

You can double click to select words and triple click to select the whole paragraph/line like on Macs.

I've noticed that whilst much of ChromeOS is like Windows, it takes a lot of ideas from macOS. More so than other Linux distros.

Hi Robby, great video thanks. Just received my first Chromebook - Acer spin 311. Basic chromebook, but blown away by what it can do so far and the battery life! ....Wow. This is a fill-in machine for travel as I broke my macbook. For the office, what would be the best chromebook with a jump in power, and most-importantly, a great trackpad experience and better Full HD display? The keyboard on my entry acer 311 is ok, but the trackpad is below average - but perfectly usable for a travel machine. Acer 714? 713? 715? Huge thanks.

All the frustration of having something copied to use later, then forgetting about it and copying something else then realizing I just lost it and can't remember it, is gone.

I enabled a flag wherein we can long press Ctrl+V to open the clipboard history. I don't know if it still exists, or how long it's gonna be. It was handy though.
