This is actually from Batman under the red hood but i know they made the flashback movie death in the family so yeah, i remember watching this scene as a kid it was depressing as hell especially at the end of the movie when they showed how happy he was when he got the position to be robin for the first time

Since when the Joker was so physically brutal. I know he's supposed to be a threatening criminal masked with a clown persona but something about the scene just seems so out of character for him. But then again it probably fits with today's classification for the Joker that he's a brutal murderer as seen in The Dark Knight, Suicide Squad and Joker (2019).
