My knee was hurt playing soccer.
I got step on.
I have done these workouts for a month. Every other day, I am back to training. I have been taking it easy and following the video.
These exercises help if followed.

is it normal 4 weeks into recovery I cant fully straighten and bend inwards my knee? when can i get my full motion back?

I just spranged my knee any suggestions on how to make the pain go away I’ve been using the recommended medication the ibuprofen I think but ya please let me know

Does the OUTSIDE part of your knee hurt once you pull your MCL?

Ive been having this strange hitch or snag on my inner kneee, but only when I put pretty going up or down stairs bending the knee. Its been there about a week now and, though it doesnt hurt, after a while I can start to feel tenderness and sorebess on the unside of my knee. Im not sure what to do

Lol, can't even bend my knee right now! I can put my full body weight on it though

I can do all 3 but when I turn while walking my knee catches and pops
