How to Reverse Estrogen Dominance

🌱Support the Liver: Castor Oil packs, Dandelion Root Tea, Milk Thistle, Focus on whole food nutrition
🦠Support the Gut: Getting in at least 25g of fiber per day, Adding in more diverse colored fruits and veggies, Add in bone broth (if tolerated)
🧘Manage Stress: chronic stress makes estrogen dominance worse. 10 minutes per day MINIMUM of silencing the noise = deep breathing, walking, meditating, legs up on the wall, somatics, etc.
