Honestly, i love the Terastallize mechanic, but I hate most of the hats. I kinda wish that they had either gone with more of a Kirby Style with the hats, like the Flame Hat or Tornado Hat, or forgone the hats entirely in favor of particle effects, ie; small orange candle flames for Fire Type Tera, falling snowflakes for Ice, blue more wisp-like flames for Ghost, things like that.

That Dragon Tera Jewel ought to be Hiccup from How to Train Your Dragon's favourite gem. Not to mention the Poison Tera Jewel is the Pokemon series' take kn Indiana Jones' crystal skull. XD

I hate how every gym leader and elite 4 member just terastallizes into their primary type, it makes every fight predictable. They should have tera types different than their primary type to cover weaknesses. For example, Larry's pokemon should tera type into a Psychic type to cover his Fighting type weakness.

Bring Megas or Giganta back half the Pokémon legitimately look dumb now

The Pokemon crystallizing looks cool
But I don't like it it just doesn't make sense cause the other power ups make sense but Mega evolution, Z-moves, G-Max make sense
And because the game is about the past and future it should be about living Pokemon battling Robot/Cyborg Pokemons and battling prehistoric Pokemon too
And if they still want to do the crystallizing Pokemon thing it should be a new evolution like mega evolution but the Pokemon become crystallized versions of themselves
With crystal parts embedded in to their bodies like Lock and the other creatures from Monsuno
