Pokemon with ILLEGAL Feeling Moves

With so many pokemon in the series, 1007(?) as if Scarlet and Violet, some people are bound to have learned some moves that don't feel right. Here are some examples

OH I REMEMBER WHY FOR THE SABLEYE ONE! It was an event back in BW for some tv show called Pokemon Smash! There was a sableye on the show, so they asked the guy in charge to come up with a moveset for an event. He went with octozooka purely because of how silly and ridiculous it sounded!

Kaiju Pokémon like Rhydon, Tyranitar, Aggron and Nidoking tend to learn a large variety of elemental attacks. So that explains Rhydon learning Surf or Nidoking learning Dragon Pulse

Regarding Rhydon, some rhinos in real life (mainly Asian rhinos) are known to be excellent swimmers, so that might explain why Rhydon learns Surf.

Interestingly, this logic somewhat applies to Hippowdon. Hippos can't actually swim, but are known to be around water for about 16 hours a day, which can be a reason why Hippowdon can learn Muddy Water but not Surf.

I have a very good explanation for Kingdra getting Octazooka: the anime showed that Horsea can shoot ink from its mouth. In its debut episode it used the ink to try to warn people of angry Tentacool, and in another episode when it was captured by Team Rocket it used its ink to mark a trail for the heroes to follow

Stakataka isn’t just a building, he’s hundreds of little sentient bricks telepathically communicating to function as one organism, hence his plethora of weird psychic moves (including trick room, of which he’s one of the best users)

To be fair. Event Darkrai with Dialga's signature move Roar of time and Palkia's signature move makes sense when you consider that in the sinnoh pokemon movie, dude gets blasted by both attacks head on.
Dissapears and fades away as space and time collapses in on himself. Yet somehow reconstitued himself at the end of the movie when stuff is reset back to normal.

If you survive the signature attacks from the pokemon gods of Space and Time. You should be able to pick up a few tricks.

Funny thing is Emboar knowing Scald helped me beat Iris when I was young. Her Archeops was giving me trouble, but Emboar was bulky enough to survive it's attacks to use Scald to bring it to defeatist range.
