few things to add to this video:
- to mute the speed limit warning, simply press the mute button for 3 seconds (unfortunately it cannot be fully disabled, you need to do it every time you start driving)
- the consumption is spot on: city is 6.8 to maybe 8 if you're a bit aggressive in driving it while highway is between 7 and 9 with 4 people luggage and AC over a 1000 km trip.
- the overall fuel autonomy is around 650 km in real life, hyundai's estimates are overly optimistic

The issue i saw immediately was the reverse light sitting too low and being too slim. In broad day light it could be easily missed. Cars behind you may not see your intention to go back and be confused whats going on with you. Almost a perfect car, why ruin it with low positioned turn signals and reverse lights. i really dont get it

Hi Dan, nice video usually are yours. Is this a Swiss N Line? Normally the N Line does not have all the opzions like the remote control out of what about the possibility to mute all the beep beep beep, warning for all ??? Each time you Restart the car you have to mute them or It Will remain AS a default?

Nice pov, Dan. The car looks very interesting and modern and with high quality. However the consumption is still too high compared to other hybrids (1-1.5 l more than Toyota rav4 or Ford Kuga). And this is also true based on the date from the prefacelift Tucson. What is your explanation?

Love the video! 2 Questions:
(1) Is there a sunglasses holder? I don't know why some Hyundai SUVs don't have it any more.
(2) Does the car have self-park assist? I don't mean the remote keyfob that allows the car to go back and forth, I mean the semi-autonomous self park. I would assume that the 2025 N Line would have it, as I believe some older Tucons had it. Thanks!

Thanks for such informative video...very very helpful.

Serious considering buying 2025 hybrid top trim here in Canada.

I test drove one yesterday and here is one thing I differ from your comments is that steering being loose. On the contrary. I found that the moment I touched 70k speed (don't recall if auto or sport mode) the steering wheel would pretty much jam on me and I could barely turn without applying too much pressure (to the point that it felt as if I'm driving a big truck). I am not sure if there is some setting to adjust or what else is going on. Any thoughts or ideas?

As of now this is the only sticky point holding me back from buying it. Anywaye, will try the test drive again tomorrow. Thanks!!

Great improvement over the previous version! I hate that ISA beeps. Hopefully, it is easy to switch off. On the new Honda CR-V, you have to disable sign recognition to disable it.

I’ve been driving this car (same trim and colour, just 2 wheel drive) for just over 1 month. Overall, I like the car, it’s comfortable when driving around town, and the suspension copes well with rough roads and potholes. However like every car it’s not perfect…..that really soft suspension although great around town, is not too great on the motorway.

At higher speeds the car moves around a bit too much for my liking, also I find that at high speeds the steering is just too vague and needs more feel. It’s a real shame that our European cars do not get the ‘My Drive’ mode that the Korean and American cars get. This allows you to set up Eco mode but with the sport steering feel. Also the fuel economy is not very good (39mpg average) but I was expecting this. Also in the U.K. there is no option for adaptive suspension (which I believe is an option in other countries) this would have been really useful for higher speed driving.

I have recently bought the Tusco, the Ultimate version, which is the top model in the UK. It is a really good car, comfortable, lots of tech and despite the comments here I get around 40 mpg here in the UK. But, and here's the but, the self drive mode is not included on the top model, you have to pay around another £1000 more which is pretty awful considering the cost of the top model anyway. So, on this model you are reviewing, is it part of the deal? It seems in Romania and the USA it is part of the deal, not an option. So much disparity between differing models in different countries, even in Australia where the models are available in a longer wheelbase version. So if and when you but this car, check what you are getting for the model, they talk about baby mode, which quietens the car even more than it is, yet it isn't included in the top model which I've bought here in the UK!, obviously we don't have babies here in the UK. Yet none of these discrepancies stopped ftom buying this car, in my opinion it is one of the best SUV's around.

The only thing holding me back from getting this car is the horrible design of the rear turn indicators, which are dangerously low.

The key looks terrible, like a cheap toy. Phone wireless charger and holder is in bad place where the hand should be, so you have to put it on the phone. Handbrake switch is in the front panel ? why ?

Horrbile design. Back of the car turning indicators are bumper level like wtf? They should be visible all the time when car in the back is close.

Tailgate lights are odd, doesnt fit the car comapred to frotn lights design.
