This is now available in 4.2 without an shift + pane

why when I press shft A it pop up just the "meshes" menu. It automaticly goes to that one jumping the general one that appears in this tutorual : (, any way how to adress this so that I can get the proper general one istead :C ?

Is it me, or whenever following these steps it simply doesn't work. I select the images as planes preference and save it, then press shift A, but I don't see the same menu pop up...

I'm trying to export the planes as object (.glb or .fbx) but the images of the planes are turning grey/ not visible. Do you know how to solve this?
