James Files is an American former prisoner. In 1994, while serving a 50-year sentence for the 1991 attempted murders of two police officers, Files gave interviews stating that he was the "grassy knoll shooter" in the 1963 assassination of United States President John F. Kennedy. Files has subsequently been interviewed by others and discussed in multiple books pertaining to the assassination and related theories. In 1994, the Federal Bureau of Investigation was quoted as having investigated Files' allegation and found it "not to be credible". In 2010, Playboy magazine published an article by Hillel Levin in which Files also implicated Charles Nicoletti and John Roselli in the assassination of Kennedy. In 2022 Ted Nelson posted a video interview with Files on his YouTube channel.

The Behavior Panel comprises the world's leading body language and behavior experts: Scott Rouse, Mark Bowden, Chase Hughes, and Greg Hartley. They analyze behavior and body language in videos of public interest. This non-partisan group aims to educate and entertain, focusing on nonverbal communication, deception detection, behavioral analysis, statement analysis, interrogation, and resistance to interrogation. Through careful examination of gestures, expressions, linguistics, and cultural context, they reveal truths and deceptions. The Behavior Panel is prominently featured on The Dr. Phil Show and has its own show on the US TV Network, Merit Street Media.

Mark doesn't look like an assassin, which makes him actually the perfect (looking) assassin.

Dudes: he wasn't in jail as a con man. He was in jail for attempted murder of two police officers after a gun fight.

Only thing less believable than this guy is the official story.

Because a person embellishes a story doesn't mean the event never happened .

Poplin is not shinny. I taught sewing for years. I’m 82 and this is my laugh for the day.

So he’s an Army veteran, he’s 21, he’s a well known shooter and a casing was found years later behind the grassy knoll with a bite mark in it.
Oswald was 24, so the age thing isn’t a factor, these guys were men in 1963.
I was in Navy Flight school at 20, two months before I turned 21.
I was assigned to F-14 Tomcat training at VF-101 at 22 years old.

I just commented the other day on that video saying, "We need the Behavior Panel to cover this." And here they are. The Behavior Panel to the rescue. 😊

I have a question. Is behavioral analysis still useful when it comes to people who are deIusionaI? Since they believe their own untruths, i'd assume their body language would come across as honest even though their claim is a deIusion. 🤔

He might be just trying to dupe everyone, but i am certain he knows something. So my take on this is: He knows who shot kennedy, and that person or persons are now dead and he is taking the story for himself. He knows who and how and where and when but not by personal experience.

The reason why I question the validity of this guy’s story is this: If his story is true, why is he still alive? LHO and others “supposedly involved” were all murdered and/or died unexpectedly/suspiciously. Why would the mob or the CIA let him live to tell his story, but eliminate everyone else?

The plan to use Oswald as the patsy required it to look like a shot from behind. The reason they had to kill Ofcr Tippett was to use his brain for the autopsy. Because there were multiple wounds. Tippett was well known for looking like Kennedy. They would tell this guy not to take a side shot even though in todays world 21 seems young. He had been an assassin for the Mob for a long time. He didn't go to college! This was what he did for a living. The panel is projecting their skillset and values on him and their conclusions are off, IMHO.

My sister's mother in law was working in book depository that day. Wish she was still alive so I could find out what was said during her FBI interview. Love this topic. Another good one from the guys. ❤

I was briefly married to a guy in 1995 who's family was related to the Godfather. Home movies, photos, all the things. His grandfather told me that Joe Kennedy wanted his son to be president, and the mob helped make it happen. Then later, he and his brother started messing with them, they had to get rid of the problem. Then Marilyn was next because of the pillow talk. So, I tend to believe it's certainly possible this guy could have done it or knew someone who did it who's already dead and stealing his story? Either way, the mob was definitely involved.

He lost me when he said “I took the scope off the gun and used it to scan the crowd”. You would have to go back to the range and sight it in again if you took the scope off and put it back on again.

How can you use questionable material as a base line? Wouldnt you need absolute honesty in your baseline sample
