Quick tip: if you do a vertical live stream, only the watch time provided after the video is public on your channel counts. If you do a horizontal/landscape live stream, this will also count towards watch time hours whether it’s watch time from being live or published after the fact!

You know the 10000 hour rule, practice until you master a skill? I believe watched hours is a similar principle, but in reality it's 4000 - 6000 hours to get really good at something. The 4000 hrs just signals that you know what you're doing to capture the audience attention. And they reward you for that. Keep practicing until you hit it! 💪💪

i htink u should need public watch hours for shorts to get monotized instead of views but id say maybe 25, 000 over 12 months since its easier to get views
