Baked Salmon Curry | John Quilter

Welcome back to Food Busker people. Today I'm bringing you a mega tasty baked salmon curry. My cameraman thinks this isn't a curry, but it is a curry, because I say it's a curry! A mixture of spices and yoghurt make a gorgeous tangy marinade to coat the salmon tail. I've served with some flat bread, but it's great with rice too. What would you have paid?

Here in greece its 7.-9 euro, per kilo, (To buy it from the supermarket) so, i would definitely pay 14-15 euros for this portion.

7, 50 for the entire thing? That is beyond reasonable. Very, very good price... I live in Istanbul. If you sold that dish with that price here, you would be a legend to people and and enemy to other chefs. :))))I love your channel. One of the best in Youtube...

Awesome. Salmon prices really fluctuate in the States; East coast, mid West, or West coast ( where it's inexpensive ). Still, that looks like a 16oz portion. £10 & some change

Isn't salmon tail really really expensive?! And they're getting the whole thing for £7.50? I would have that portion and share with another person or maybe 2-4, and spend £14 on the whole thing but split between us!

I would've mixed and marinated the fish and the spices and the onion, garlic and the other good stuff in a polythene bag for a bit before emptying it out into a baking dish. Would be evenly spread and flavour would be contiguous. Probably tasted amazing though. East and west coming together.
