I don't think people truly grasp just how powerful super speed and the ability to perceive and react to that actually is. No show or comic really does an accurate job of portraying it correctly, because if they did, the issues would be solved basically seconds after they start.

Now... combining this with all of superman's other absurd powers, and there are very few beings out there that can actually hurt him if we were to take everything into account accurately. I understand that one all powerful being in comics solving problems the second they start wouldn't make for entertaining issues, but it's exactly how it would happen.

Getting back to this one... Omni man is powerful, there's no disputing that. However, he has limits. Superman is basically written to have NO limits, which makes him infinitely more powerful than Omni man. If we are going by defined numbers, than at the very least, hes many many many orders of magnitude more powerful than Omni-Man. Considering Superman has to hold back constantly in order not to essentially shatter the planet, I'd say that alone tells us all we need to know.

This may be true for normal comic Nolan or tv show Nolan but there actually is a version of Nolan that wouldn't beat Superman but would give him a little more of a hard time and that is Omni man from when he fought Supreme, supreme has many of Superman's abilities and is also stronger than his Cousin Suprema who held and entire universe with her strength and Supreme is stronger than her and Nolan beat Supreme to a draw so that makes omni man from this comic at the very least large universe level plux, but I'm a huge Superman fan and I agree he still wins.
