The main thing I find unfair in some of these comparisons is that there are so many variations from different comic books versions of superman, and everyone always acts like they're the same character. The superman that everyone usually sees in most media is about as strong as Omniman.

Something I’d like to add is that we see Viltrumites bleed a lot in the show while Superman bleeds so little that even he is surprised when someone makes him bleed. It makes me think that kryptonians are more durable but some dude is gonna come tell me I’m wrong so whatever
