How to train BOTH heads of the BICEPS!

Is there a bicep exercise that hits all heads at once? So every single bicep exercise will train both the long and the short head, and that pretty much goes for every exercise ever, you’ll never be able to completely isolate one specific part of a muscle, it’s just that you can emphasize certain portions, and for biceps you can do that by changing the angle of your shoulder. However if you want equal emphasis on both the long and short head, make sure to maintain a neutral shoulder position where you aren’t flexing or extending the humerus like during regular barbell curls or any curl variation with your elbows by your side.

Unfortunately, you can't COMPLETELY isolate any single part of a muscle, you can only EMPHASIZE it. With biceps, this happens when you change the angle of your shoulder. (Shoulder flexion = short head, shoulder extension = long head). To train both, keep a neutral shoulder position.
