I had no idea! Wow, talk about false advertising. We really don’t know what we are eating anymore. Thanks for sharing and helping to educate.

Thank you for this information. It has been a long debate in my family about the way milk at the store is, in my opinion, mislabeled. Now I have great information to educate them with! I love your channel and what you have taught me since I found it. 😁

Thank you for the clarification, I had no idea! And here I’m telling my kids “the store” version of buttermilk.🤦🏻‍♀️
Always appreciate the knowledge from you both to help the rest of us! Blessings!🥰

When I drink the leftover milk from making butter it closely compares to the milk I would purchase at the grocery.

Yeah, when I buy my milk from the farmer right around milking time there is a huge amount of cream in it. easily 15%. I skim about 10% and there is still plenty cream left in the milk as it separates throughout the week. But if I'm two hours late, the really heavy cream has already separated in the tank.

So when we want to do some baking here, I make sure to be at the farm around 18:30 so we can have really fresh and fat whipped cream. My mom and sister loved it so much, they wanted to know which store we bought it. So when I told them it came straight from the cow and was pure fat cream, they spontaneously jumped weight by a pound or so. But now they don't want anything else.

What kind of cows do you have? Both for milking and beef. And do you milk morning and night or just once. And why'd you choose the milk cows you did?

I'm so curious... there are so many products you can get from milk... can you help us understand how much do you get in a week and how do you devide it up into different products? I'm recently taught myself how to make cheese and I make butter, but from store baught milk. My daughter makes soaps... I'm curious if it might be worthwhile to get a dairy cow? Since the milk I'm using is clearly different in fat content... I wonder how that translates into production volume of cheeses/butter/whey/sour cream/yogurt/soap/etc. I've been told to expect 4 to 5 gallons a day from a dairy cow and I just don't think I could keep up with that volume of milk... any suggestions?

Thank u so much, I enjoy your videos, even though I live in the suburbs. I want to make my own hard cheese . Can I buy 1 whipping cream and add it to my hard cheese when making ???

Dont want MNRA vax spike protein....Wish I had land for Dairy Animals. They say they haven't started this in USA, but other countries are showing "great results" of getting what they want into people through the milk. Yes, this sounds crazy, but this is a crazy world now.

3.25% butterfat in what 'they' call whole milk. Not 4%

Then my question is why doesn't store-bought buttermilk taste the same as yogurt.? Even my homemade yogurt tastes much different than cultured buttermilk from the store. Does not appeal to me I do like my yogurt though
