Issue is if you work with clients in a "smaller" country, you're basically racing with yourself. I have 2 clients in roofing and it's going nice and all, however when a 3rd one joined, I had to refuse them right at the beginning, because I realized I was racing against myself with my own ads and my clients noticed this as well. I often get the question: Can you do this and this and this too? Yeah 😅 I'd like to be a specialist in one specific area, but I just don't see the point, how can it be lucrative.

I think that each of our customers has their own issues, so once we figure them out, we can offer them different kinds of services.?

Niche down is key but then you should consider opening up offerings based where that industry’s leads come from and offer add on services those niche clients will pay you for. Start with Fb/IG ads then include Google ppc and YouTube if they value those platforms etc etc

Max, I think I've got the answer of my question already but I just wanted to ask you. Im quite certain about my niche- but initially I just wanted to work with my niche from the US but now I'm thinking to work with people form the US & UK even though it's the same niche, it wouldn't be a super niche, right? Because I'm working w/ two countries. So Id been acting as a generalist even though I'm working towards the same niche in terms of what they do for a living (local business)
I wonder what are ur thoughts towards this. Do u think that I just focus just in 1 country (US)? Or do you think it'll be prudent to work as well with people form the UK? because after all it's the same niche, just a different country therefore another market therefore I'm not working with a super niche therefore I wouldn't be an expert therefore I've got my answer again, thank you!
