i "broke" my guitar string a week ago just to realize now that it had only popped loose from its placement and had not snapped itself in half/been completely ruined, therefore, all it needed was to be restrung - AFTER I threw it away. i'm big mad.

OMG, I am so happy that i am not the only one that broke their strings multiple times. I just started like 8 months ago and my guitar was quite expensive and i was freaking out that my string broke . Btw thx for this vid, really helped me.

Just broke my g string on my new acoustic, as I tuned it far too high when I thought I was tuning the high e string thanks to muscle memory from tuning my strat making me think the top most tuner was the high e string😅
