Language itself is completely dualistic. That’s what the first “tenant” tries to get across immediately. It’s also why no one individual can tell you in words how to achieve enlightenment. Because we are limited by words, teachers can only point you in the direction of non duality. It’s up to the individual to discover it for themselves. Just like you cannot explain to someone what a certain food tastes like, or say, an emotion. You can try to describe it with words, but in order to really understand it’s taste, or understand an emotion, you must taste or experience it yourself to truly understand.

Hmm. To someone who 'gets it', words are unnecessary. And to those who don't, words are unhelpful. But to those struggling in the middle, words can be a useful pointer. If nothing else, they can soothe a restless soul wandering in the dark.

the truth cannot be said by words is because we are nature(prakrati) and nature can only produce nature so as nature our thoughts ( or words) are also nature and can only describe nature but truth is not nature . it's atma that is truth .

in brief:- you cannot think of a colour that you have never sensed of (see).
