I don’t have any recovery USB stick or SD card because my teacher doesn’t let me get any so it shows up on my screen

I plug the usb in and the screen goes black. I turn it on and everything is blinking and it won’t shut off. My chrome book is a Lenovo c330

So I did all of that, but I was trying to upgrade to chromeos flex and now it's stuck on a screen and reboots over and over after being stuck on a screen. It says " your system is repairing itself. please wait", then reboots. its clearly just doing this over and over and not solving anything.

I have an issue, when it says remover the recovery media and it will restart immediately. Mine didnt 😭

Same issue here, on an ASUS C423N Chromebook. I successfully downloaded the recovery OS onto a USB flash drive. It loaded successfully into the bad Chromebook, but then it goes right back into another boot loop!. I repeated the entire process and it went into the boot loop again. What to do now???
