Hello IT Pros,
If the method in the video doesn't work, do the next:
- Use another charger and try again.
- Disconnect the battery, (it's no necessary to take it out), then press the power button for 10-20 secs, with the battery disconnected and with a working charger try to power it on.
- If the above steps didn't work and you are sure the charger is working. I would say that there is an issue with the motherboard. In that case it's better to replace it. Check the warranty for your device, most manufacturer have a 1 year warranty.

I got a chrome book recently, and I plugged it in to charge it. The light indicates it’s charging but it won’t turn on. I’ve tried the hard reset and it didn’t work either.
