It doesn't take much to withstand a bully. You just gotta challenge their stances, both physically and intellectually.

This can be dangerous advice. I personally know people that are massive, strong and can fight well, that go out looking for fights. And when they find someone to fight, they do fight them and beat them up badly. They are just looking for an outlet to show off their power

Even if you're a tough guy. Bullies smell trauma like you're a wounded animal. Stay away from such toxic filth. Don't even make friends with them. Especially if they are 30+ . They clearly have failed to become well adjusted humans.

I'll be 37 next month. I am, to the day, still bullied by my peers just by walking in the door. It is the worst feeling in the world. You begin to wonder...should I be here? Am I not good enough? What is wrong with me? It makes everything harder...especially in a small town.

This is not good advice. In Hawaii growing up I remember they would do this but then gang up on the person. It was rarely about getting them to fight one on one. It was all about just beating up on someone. Then blaming that someone. These were typically guys who did nothing with their lives and came from families who were like that or encouraged that.

Why spend so much attention on behaviors that are fundamentally petty. Putting a looking glass on one insect only feeds it’s power, and we keep on doing this collectively. Artists and philosophers should reclaim the world.

I remember watching Jocko’s videos which said some people who had ju jitsu training can stare with a different look than people who can’t fight. Basically the stare makes the counterpart know they can fight

This is a very bad advice, imagine they are really up to a fight and end up beating you up. Also being kind to your bullies never works, it seems easy for him to talk about bullying when he probably never experienced it

Plenty of people died this way. Just get away or get help from an authority. Also owning a gun helps . It’s not about being a punk but surviving. Anyone who tries to call you a snitch or punk is not your friend or has your best interests in mind. Being assertive and loud is helpful too. People will always throw stones at a man’s ego.

I was being bullied in the workplace at an aerospace company and the department bully who was being used by another girl to target me, all I said was anytime anyplace and no one showed up. They caused a serious situation with my husband and his bff from hs who took their side. I eventually found out who they were using as the flying monkey and twisting my words around. The last time I saw the bully in a bar most of her body was hanging over the bar stool so it made me wonder when she used to brag about how many biker chicks she kicked their ass. What exactly did you do to subdue them did you sit on them. Well my face isn’t flattened out so I guess it wasn’t me 🤭🤭🤭🤭🤭🤭😂😂
