Prime Crime: 5-Year-Old Girl Vanishes After Shady Dad Wins Custody

A five-year-old girl seemingly vanished shortly after she went to live with her father when her mother lost custody of her. Harmony Montgomery was living with her dad, Adam Montgomery, and his wife, Kayla, when she disappeared while the family was facing issues in their living situation. Harmony’s biological mom finally reported her missing when she wasn’t brought over for Thanksgiving dinner. New Hampshire authorities continued to investigate Harmony's disappearance as they set their sights on her dad. Adam, a career criminal, was not cooperative with police when being questioned about his missing daughter on multiple occasions. When Adam got custody of Harmony in 2018, everything changed for the young girl.

I lost it when that cop was crying. I know what it's like to have an abusive parent and I feel so bad for harmony no child deserves her treatment yet they are out there helpless.

You should be able to arrest a parent or guardian who is not willing able to prove a child/children are safe!
If they are not actively look for a missing child, not showing signs of concern and has told stories that proven to not ad up.
Should then be able to arrest the adult for neglect

The saddest part is that Kayla Montgomery got paroled to my hometown and I literally saw her riding around town on her e-bike, just getting to live her life like nothing ever happened. This whole case will never sit right with me.

This story is so horrific. This lovely soul was failed by everyone. Her father beat her to death in the car as her two brothers sat and watched this angry coward...Harmony and her brothers were only a meal ticket to them...Food Stamps and money from the government. Harmony's brother was adopted by a lovely couple. This couple wanted to adopt Harmony and the judge said no.. Nice, huh...The judge should be locked up for life! Most judges are crooked..

Shame on the judge who gave custody of the judge who gave Harmony to Adam. The foster parents would haven given her a wonderful and loving family.
