What is reality? Whatever you think it is. I survived and cured stage 3 cervical cancer. It was a difficult process but I convinced myself the cancer did not exist, I refused additional radiation and chemo therapy, I absolutely did not listen to the Dr.'s advice and turned my phone off. I stayed in bed and watched every comedy show I could find on TV, although painful I laughed and laughed. I realized that I really wasn't dying of cancer, I was dying of malnutrition and I needed to eat food no matter what. Little by little I ate bits of food, drank lots of water with baking soda and within 35 days, despite feeling weak, I was up walking around. After a couple of weeks I was running around the house happily because I beat the word "cancer." It has been nearly 6 years now, and I feel great. The mind is a powerful tool. Thank you for sharing your knowledge Dr. Joe Dispenza.

I've been watching these videos for the past few days, as well as meditating before sleep and repeating positive affirmations. While minor, i HAVE noticed a positive change in my life, and i am now more optimistic about my future. I've been homeless and working a bullshit minimum wage job for 3 months, and this is exactly what i needed to get back on track. Thank you for this.💯

Wow, I 100% agree with doctor Joe. Ten years ago I struggled greatly with anxiety panic attacks and then depression. I had to change myself and become a positive person to attract a positive future. Dr Joe talks about a positive future, I used to sit quietly and see an image of myself as a smiling healthy older man. Their where no thoughts of wealth or possessions or conquests. Ten years on I'm sixty years old and smiling and healthy and I have all the wealth and possessions I need.
Strangely enough, I always had everything I needed, but I just couldn't see it through my negative mind. I continue to see myself as a smiling healthy older man, and that's all. And life continues to become even more beautiful with love mental peace and good health and gratitude.
The power of attraction is real, that's why I'm here. look at all the positive comments and thumbs up of like minded people. We are all here for the same reason, we were attacked here, so we can attract positive things into our lives. Gotta love life.

I remember back in December 2020 I got bad anxiety and depression cause of my trauma and I remember coming across this video and listening to this everyday which made me listen to to others like this, it was hard to believe that this was gonna help me but I still put it everyday and overtime even tho it was not easy and it was hard to believe thinking that my anxiety was gonna go away listening to these videos was gonna help me but it made me more aware that I’m am conditioned by my subconscious mind and I had to learn to reprogram it while adding gratitude as well and pushing through it was not easy and now I’m not completely healed but I’ve learned to control my thoughts, my thoughts my feelings don’t define it’s just a subconscious mind programming and I’m internally grateful for free knowledge, knowledge is power it didn’t feel like it back then but the consistency of listening to videos about the the subconscious brain, affirmations, having gratitude, journaling, BECOMING SELF AWARE (important) and patience helped me a lot and I hope everyone to be the best version of themselves and those who feel stuck It doesn’t seem like it getting better but be patient and do the mental work please god bless you all ❤️❤️❤️❤️

To become a different person you have to be a different person. Life gets better when you get better. Think in future tense and act it out like playing a character of your future self. It's all an act at first, not normal or easy, but when you keep acting and playing pretend then the character you are playing becomes who you are. The whole world's a stage, your whole life is an act. Learn the rules of the game (natural law) Have fun playing.
