That Minced stuff from Sainsbury’s is the best ever. You find it weirdly in the meat aisle but I promise you it’s so good for chilli and spag bol. Even my old man eats it and he hates veggies and vegans. You can teach an old dog new tricks.

I'm going to use this"meaty" bolognese, and use it as a filling for pasta shells or even ravioli???? I know the filling needs to be fairly dry tto stuff pasta.

How much salt is in each portion? There is a lot of salt in a single vegan sausage, so adding two lots of soy sauce then extra salt to taste at the end seems high to me. I’d be interested to know how many grams per portion as I assume this serves 4? Thanks
