Hi yowww. i definetely relate with what u said. it seems so interesting how relevant and practical accounting is. it has always been my dream and the only course I like to take. I'm in 2nd year rn and i'm lately worried and anxious because altho i want this course i realized i'm not that constant in studying. this week i just finished 3 or 4 exams all from cramming and i swear i know i could do better if i just really studied. idk what's wrong with me. there might be smthng wrong with my self or my attitude all esp that im currently dealing with post withdrawal issues from an ssri or antidepressant. idk what to do anymore but i do rlly want to stay in this course NO MATTER WHAT. any words of advise? 😅😔🌼

So basically it’s taken me a whole 6 years to get a AA of liberal arts in sociology. Did certification for CNA. Worked lots of home-healthcare jobs. Got burnt out. Now I’m at a CFA kitchen job, loving it; I’m 30. NEED a better job. Thinking about school again. I wanna learn how to better handle my finances and up my skills enough that o can make a living off doing that for others.

I am bad at math but I like everything in accounting will i still able to improve my self in math?

1. I don't care if I like following rules or not as i am totally ignorant of the fact that how many tendencies would affect an organisation. I think it would only harm pov from my 20 year old self.

2. I respect number, even if I don't respect completey but I should as number describe a suituation clearly compared to just words. Like rating is more beneficial that just saying ohh good or very good or bad or very bad.

3. Money is a crucial aspect of everyone's life. I don't have anyone educated enough in my family to teach me of it, I don't have a friend rich and helpful enough to help me on it. Plus I have tendency of being less social. The subject would help me.

4.Decision making, I respect mastering this as well. We are what our decision were. I am now an adult and my decision making skills matter. I welcome it even in the form of a subject.
So it is a 3/4.

I am 13 years old and wanting to be an accountant to take care of my family in a poor country and hearing as an accountant can make as much as 36$ an hour made me want to study accounting and this is the confirmation I needed thank you

I like calculation but i hate calculating taxes and insurance which i scratched the surface of in high school. Wondering if accounting is for me🤔 i guess i do question policies sometimes

I work in data entry putting financial info and data into excel spreadsheets and databases. Is this what accountants mostly do all day
