I know this video is one years old but I was really frustrated recently I finally formatted my 8TB WD black game drive hub on my PS5 I was trying to move all of my PS4 games to my WD black game drive hub but some of them was saying the main data is not installed on this storage space until I figured out I had to download the main data to my console storage thanks to you even now your videos are still saving people from frustration 😍

Ah man! Great video. Didn’t know the ps4 did this. Just opened tlou and thought i could resume on my ps5 where I left on my ps4. Got a little scared when I could only begin a new game. Your video helped me and I copied my save file from cloud to ps5. Bazinga! It worked 🙌🏻

PlayStation needs to have multiple different save options from different times. I’ve been playing F1 Manager 2022 and had well over 150 hours in a single save, game has 50 save slots so I decided to make a separate save just to mess with stuff (made a copy of my original save as well), and making the new save wiped EVERYTHING else out, and PlayStation automatically saved that over my original. Fuckin blows

What a damn dirty trick Sony did. Can’t even view, edit, or delete my individual PS5 file saves anymore. On PS5 specifically like you could with PS3 and ps4. I feel so ripped off and I hate feeling so restricted. All I wanted to do was create a new character on Hogwarts legacy with out completely erasing all my main saves. Thought process was just save your main on cloud storage and if you ever want to replay it just download it from there. NOPE… you can only upload/Delete all file saves in bulk now… WTF. And on top of that I can’t even see my individual file saves to delete the auto saves to free up some space… my file saves in hogwarts legacy is almost 1gb!!! That’s crazy!!! It’s never been that much for 1 game. At least for me. Do/be better Sony.

This may be a strange question but does anyone know how to fix a bug I have I can’t find anyone talking about it I am trying to transfer my data from the PS4 version of a game to the ps5 version of the game but when I try and transfer the storage to the cloud it says there is no data even though when I go on the game my progress has clearly saved I have checked both storages and it isn’t there
