To those that might have the same problem as me even after watching this, when I clicked Restore, nothing happened. No loading, no task bars, nothing changed and I still had the same issue. I had to uninstall the whole game and then restore it, it works fine now, should of guessed but yea

So what do I do if I didn't back up my files beforehand as I modded a game and now even when I delete everything from my pc for some reason steam now has it so my game even when freshly installed downloads all those files, I don't understand how it even has them but the requirement for storage has changed on steam for me
