Just a quick note: if you read through all the Apollo moonshots transcripts, each mission had a potentially mission loss / crew loss problems, fixed on the go by astronauts and mission control. No miracles there, just the right stuff 😊. Another great episode!

Woo Hoo! Elkton Maryland!!! When it was ATK Aerospace I was badged through there (worked in their Baltimore MD office) and got to see a Solid Rocket Motor test there. REALLY impressive in person!! *Fun side note - There is a handful of residential houses that border the property that gets notices whenever there is a test.

How cool. I wondered where you live. Tasmania is a really cool place. I imagine you enjoy all the wonderful natural wonders there, when you get to go outside.

It'll be interesting to see how that hot stage protective deflector stands up to the abuse considering the raptors are pressed right up against it. The only way they'll be able to know is by eventually bringing the boosters back and inspecting then. Exciting times ahead!
