Great presentation. Sadly, the Canadian version of 2021 does not include much of what you talk about. I'm very envious. We still don't even have the option for bank rules yet.

I noticed the new "improved" bank feeds doesn't have a refresh button to update all bank feeds simultaneously with one click. I have to click the update button/icon on each account's box. Am I missing something here?

How does this handle downloaded description that shows name of person who owns card instead of actual description - this is when a client has same card with multiple cardholders

It is fantastic for nonprofits to have the ability to customize an A/R Invoice Payment receipt. (These are not payments made without invoices. Those should be recorded on Sales Receipts.) Nonprofits need to issue appropriately worded receipts for tax purposes at the point a donor pays on a Pledge Invoice, not when promised. This is a HUGE new feature for nonprofits!
