Why isn't it explained to all charter guests on arrival, what "The Rules" are. Because most guests on a super yacht are rich / entitled/ used to getting their way, it should be a given that certain orders have to come from the top. The captain of these vessels needs to have a serious conversation with all guests about safety, soon after arrival.
