This is the only franchise out of all of the Bravo shows that my boyfriend will watch because it shows people actually working hard and the fact that it's not scripted.

Captain Sandy is my sister in law at the moment. Her sister and I are seperated. I can tell you she is authentic. An amazing person to know and witnessed her amazing climb in life. And to add to this she started literally under the boat cleaning the bottom. Worked her way to the top from there. Showed admiral respect to her mentors. Now she is above the deck. Most impressive person I know and admire

I had stopped watching BD but when I saw BD Australia and BD Adventure I just had to watch! I hope they never stop making them. I absolutely love the two newest captains, Jason and Kerry. Besides Jason practically being every woman's dream man, he pitches in whenever and wherever needed, he's fair, super nice and polite as you can see here, but he's definitely firm when he needs to be. He genuinely cares about his crew. Captain Kerry is very similar. Super cool, pitches in, keeps his cool when someone's out of line but takes care of business. I wish we could see more of the adventures in BD Adventure because it's so amazing. I can't wait for seasons 2!
I of course have to mention, Captain Sandy. She rocks. I love how she also pitches in, cares for her crew and isn't afraid to step in and point out things that need improving.

I think Andy should create another Below Deck Season, especially for Captain Kate McCue. Maybe Celebrity Cruises would allow Bravo to make a Below Deck: Celebrity Cruises.

The craziest thing about the camera crew there is the time the camera man put his rig down to potentially save that persons life who was in the rope

I've worked in the hotel industry when I first started to work. I saw everything. When you're in a mountain in the middle of a winter. You live and work there. Oh yeah. Anything happens.
We have 4 clear seasons in Norway and hotels hires staff for each season.

I enjoy a reality show that's actually reality and not scripted BS. These days I'm not a big T.V. watcher but i find myself addicted to Below Deck and will sit there and binge watch each season.
