It might be overheating. After a few years the thermal paste on the CPU dries up. Replacing it with new paste is cheap and quick fix. Ask a techie for help.

I have the exact same laptop, same color and all. But whenever I turn it on I have to go through this big sign in thing where I have to show my parents email, my email, and every time I finish that process, it just brings me back to the part where I need to enter all the emails and stuff. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I have that exact same one my mamaw gave me but I don’t have the charger it only turned on once like a few days after she gave it to me and she was always on it and it never had problems
