Today I want to share the #1 remedy for heart palpitations.

Heart palpitations are irregular heartbeats that can come and go.

Top causes of heart palpitations:
• Stress
• Caffeine
• Wine
• Gluten
• Bile sludge
• Food allergies
• Certain medications
• Hyperthyroidism
• EMF
• Over-exercising/poor sleep
• Magnesium deficiency

The top remedy for heart palpitations:
• Magnesium

Getting magnesium from food is the best option, but you can also take a magnesium supplement. As far as supplements, I like magnesium glycinate.

Salads and vegetables are excellent sources of magnesium and other essential nutrients. I suggest consuming seven to ten cups of salad per day or four to five cups of vegetables.

I had heart palpitations. Felt like a flip flop in my chest. Went to a doctor, no heart issues found. Went to a health food store, the lady recommended magnesium - they were completely gone the next day 😮 This man speaks truth. ❤ Thank you

I was registering 30 thousand palpitations a day in 2017. I was 25. I wore a heart monitor for two weeks. Took an echo, no diformities found. Though, my heart is enlarged due to crazy drug use in my early twenties. I thought I was gonna die. I thought I had heart disease of some kind for sure. I was stressed to the max. I was losing my house, my girlfriend and my job fired me and I was flat broke. I went homeless for a couple months after that but I'm 31 now and the palps are gone for the most part. I get them here and there but not for a prolonged period of time. I got a therapist, finished my degree and got on some vitamins and started eating more salads and exercising a little more. The biggest thing that helps when you have them is to make yourself believe that you will get through this and that you're not gonna die. If you start believing this is the beginning of the end, then it might be. Choose to believe you will get better no matter how bad it gets!

Had palpitations so bad I wore a heart monitor for 24 hours only for the cardiologist to say there’s nothing wrong with my heart. Started taking magnesium a few months ago and the palpitations are gone and sleep has improved so much.

I had palpitations bad for almost 20 years in the military. Near the end, I found Doc Berg and magnesium, and fixed it. Thanks, Doc Berg!

I had heart palpitations for years. Docs could never find anything wrong. Had to figure it out on my own.
Everytime I ate bread I had heart palpitations. I was young (in my 20s) and thought it was just anxiety. I did have severe anxiety which was a nightmare in itself. Docs never diagnosed me with anxiety so I never took meds for it. Thank God!
Started listening to my body in my 40s. Went to school for holistic nutrition and now at 60 I believe I'm healthier than ever. I thank God everyday 🙏
And Dr. Berg is a gem❤

My palpitations were caused by a potassium deficiency. Now I eat at least two servings of vegetables/fruits with each meal. Great video.

Ive had palpitations since i was younger. I believe the main reason for them is stress/anxiety. You may not even know that you are anxious until you try some kind of meditation/ relaxation techniques. Then you realise youve been stressed for so long without realising. Drink plenty sleep plenty meditate and supplement according. Works for me 😁

+ overhydration (drinking too much water) can cause palpitations as well because it drains out most of electrolytes from body through urination, which are essential for regular heartbeat.

Months back I started a triple blend of magnesium malate, glycerinate, and citrate and it has made a world of difference with my palpitations. About 95% better!!!

I also was having palpitations so bad at night that it would wake me up. Ended up in the emergency room twice. I researched and saw where you recommended magnesium glycinate. Started eating properly and started the magnesium and now my heart is beating normal again and I am losing weight. I feel so much better. Thank you

I’m from India and I’ve been suffering from heart palpitations for the past 4 years. It’s scary and feels exactly like a heart attack! However, thanks, Dr. Berg for explaining the possible cure for my condition! Your videos are very informative!

Mine was caused by severe stress and anxiety and I did not know it. I thought it was some bad health condition and made it worse by not listening to my doctor because I was convinced something was wrong when he told me there was nothing wrong with me. This also lead to shortness of breath. I learned it was all in my head! You brain is a powerful thing if you tell your self something is wrong with you your brain will make it so.

I had palpitations on and off for ten years. My wife was recording what she ate in My Fitness Pal, so I started to also. After three months I discovered that it was collecting data for sodium intake. Mine was very low, probably because we cook all of our meals from scratch. I began to salt my meals immediately and my palpitations went away within two days… forever.

3 Years ago my cardiologist said I had an irregular heartbeat. But, the problem would go away in the summer. He didn't believe it. Finally and ER doctor told me it was the vagus nerve. Stimulating the sternum with massage relieved the sensation. However, the list that Dr. Berg gave was almost everything I was doing wrong. Following Keto has alleviated the palpitation "almost" entirely. I went back for an annual 2 days ago and the cardiologist just shook his head an smiled. He couldn't believe how my health improved. Thank you Dr. Berg!

Another great video Dr. Berg! I have started taking Magnesium Glycinate for 6 months or so now. I did not have palpitations but my overall strength and well-being has definitely improved.
