I own an X-3 and it's worth every penny. It's high quality and it work's. I use it 5 days a week for the last 6 months and I love it. I am exhausted after each workout. And I am getting the results I wanted. X-3 saves me time and it's super convenient.

I just ordered my first X3 system, and I can’t wait to receive it. I have it shipped to Mexico where I moved from Baltimore about 2 years ago. I was comparing between X3 & Harambe, but at the end of today, I ordered X3 because of the simplicity to put on & off, and also shorter workout period. Another bonus is $150 off, even I have to pay $39 for international shipping. Well worth it.

When I first saw the science behind the X3 Bar, the cost was the last thing I was concerned with. When I started reading people questioning the cost, I was surprised by that. As soon as I showed my wife the science behind the X3 Bar, she immediately said, "Order it!" Smart woman. I love working out on the X3 Bar six days per week, and, at 66 years old, I am in THE best shape of my entire life! I love it!

I have the X3. The bar is top quality. Unfortunately the bands aren't. They fray too easy when being used with the steel foot plate. Foot plate is very good quality too but it has a textured finish which leads to band degradation. I have found other brands of bands have a smoother finish and work better with the system.
