CRUNCH ON KNEES
The crunch on the knees is a primary muscle that you focus on when doing knee push-ups in the middle areas of the rectus muscle, the central muscles responsible for the 6-pack. 2. Knee push-ups develop lower body strength. In addition to focusing on your core, knee push-ups develop strength in your hip flexors, lower back, and lower abs.
DRAW CIRCLE
Draw circle is supposed to be a plank workout, in this workout when you start plank for the abs you have to draw-circle with your legs as it builds your leg's muscles and reduces your lower abdomen too!
