What to consider before deciding to work abroad !

Dear Friends,

In this video, I am sharing about major things to consider before deciding to work abroad. Many of us nowadays are trying to find a job abroad from India to earn more money and to explore more foreign job opportunities. So when we decide like this, we will need to evaluate multiple things like what are the important things. I am discussing about my view points about calculating an expected salary in abroad job, please try to use that method to calculate for any country that you are willing to relocate. This is also common for other asian country people to look for a job in Germany or in Europe or in any other foreign countries.

Thanks Jegan for assembling this list. I had questions about these points in my mind but they were all jumbled and mixed. Your presentation simplified what was already in my mind and put things in perspective.

Regarding tenure, I am not able to decide whether I want a stay in a country permanently or not. I would be able to decide once I have lived there for sometime. So is tenure something which I can figure once I have landed and lived in a country or I need to be clear about it from the beginning?
