You’ve definitely answered a lot of questions in this video, but more importantly I appreciate your honesty. Dubai may not be for everyone and with that being said I’ve heard a lot of good things about living their. The no income tax, and the safety factors are a big deal. As I’m sure you know California is ridiculously expensive with high taxes and it’s definitely not safe at all.

you forgot about the new 9% tax on all freezone and major companies and UAE and exempted activity is very very small scope and does not cover many who wants to enjoy the tax free living. setting up a company in freezone with renting space for residence visa on 0% tax is GONE no longer a viable options.

u also can't walk between areas, the city is full of gated communities separated by 5 lane highways. probably lonely
