Ambassador Andrei Kelin's key statements:

▪ Russia is ready to work with any elected US president. Yet it is important for that leader to guide the US in the right direction.

▪ The Russian part of the «package» of the Black Sea Grain Initiative had not been implemented, while on the Ukrainian part only 3% of Ukrainian grain went to the poorest countries. Therefore, the deal did not work.

▪ Since the Ukrainian counteroffensive started, Kiev has suffered serious losses – 21,000 in July and 26,000 in June. All while achieving nothing.

▪ I have not seen a single UK’s Challenger tank in action in Ukraine.

▪ Sooner or later, UK government should recognise the truth that the counteroffensive is not a success.

▪ Recent Ukrainian drone attacks in Moscow are terrorist attacks, by any definition. Ukraine deliberately targeted purely civilian infrastructure.

▪ Russia does not target civilian infrastructure. The damage, incl recently in Odessa and Krivoy Rog, comes from Ukrainian air-defence missiles’ debris – because the Kiev regime places these systems in towns and cities, contrary to humanitarian law.

▪ It was a big political mistake for Ukraine to combat Russian-speaking population and Russia itself.

▪ The attempted mutiny by Wagner group had no effect on President Putin’s ratings, if not even raised them. 77% of Russia’s population trust Putin and 76% support his policy.

▪ 2500 children were evacuated to Russia from orphanages close to the frontline. As of now, 2000 have already returned thanks to the frontline being pushed back by Russian troops.

▪ Russia is ready for a negotiated solution to the Ukrainian crisis. However, Ukraine needs to show real desire for a negotiated peace. It should be a realistic deal.

She spoke 9000 civilians died since the beginning of Russia's SMO in Donbass and Ukraine why not talk 20 000 innocent donbass civilians that were killed since 2014 by Ukraine government purposely. Even the number of civilians she mentioned the large number of the killed civilians is as a result of the Ukrainian war crimes, using civilians as shields and intentional shelling by Ukraine forces on civilian infrastructures like hospitals, malls schools etc. If this woman is really a mother with children and a family may what the mother and the family is going through because of the neo-nazi government of Ukraine fall her too and all her people.

7:30 The difference between delibarete targeting and actual collateral damage. The Ukranian armed forces or Azov terrorists delibaretely choose civilian locations which they launch missiles etc from. Attacking those sites become more legitamte than attacking a civilian building in Russia which has nothing to do with the conflict and achieves nothing but terror. PKK used the same tactic in 2015-2016 in Diyarbakır they have chosen Sur and historical mosque as a place of cover to attack Turkish soldiers. When the terror takes a hold of a mosque its not a place of worship anymore, God leaves that place. As well as how Hamas is using civilian buildings to launch their missiles from to stop Israel from retaliating or when they have to retaliate than Hamas can hide behind all those civilians to launch their terror attacks from and keep killing İsraeli civilians and force Israel into a dilemma. So when you don't attack a building where terror takes hold you are risking the innocent lives of other civilian people. Like people of Donbass, Israel and Southern Turkey.
