Thanks for the review, I thought it was very helpful. I originally bought a Personal Power Plate but upgraded to the Power Plate Move. I chose the Personal at first because I thought the Move would take up too much space in my workout room. However, even though it costs more, the Move not only gives more surface area for a variety of exercises, but it also has 6 vibration options (vs. 2), along with being able to run the machine for 9 minutes without having to constantly hit the repeat button makes a difference.

Great review! I have an inexpensive one from Amazon that seems to have been beneficial, but I know it is NOT same. I used a Power Plate at the gym over a decade ago and the vibration feels totally different. I may have to make the investment!

Can anyone explain to me why this one is so much more expensive and better than some of the highly rated ones on Amazon based in the 400 dollar range. I just bought a life pro rumbled 4d and wondered if it truly worth returning for something at this price range
